Terms of Use
Acceptance
By downloading or using Flying (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Your content
Everything you draw in Flying belongs to you. We claim no ownership over it and we never see it — your drawings are stored only on your device and are never transmitted to us or anyone else.
Acceptable use
- Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
- Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Do not redistribute or resell the App.
Your data is your responsibility
Because Flying stores everything locally and has no server, we hold no backup of your drawings. Deleting the App, or losing or resetting your device, will permanently delete your work. Please export anything you want to keep.
No warranty
The App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of drawings or data.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

因为 Flying 全部数据存在本地、且没有任何服务器，我们不持有你画作的任何备份。删除 App、丢失设备或抹掉设备，都会永久删除你的作品。想留下的内容请自行导出。
免责声明
本应用按「现状」提供，不附带任何明示或默示的担保。我们不保证本应用一定不中断或完全无错误。
责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，对于因使用本应用而产生的任何间接的、附带的或后果性的损失（包括画作或数据丢失），我们不承担责任。
协议变更
我们可能不时更新本协议。变更生效后你继续使用本应用，即视为接受修订后的协议。
